power supply
Definition

‌LLC switching power supply is a kind of power converter with high efficiency and high power density. The basic principle of the switching power supply is to realize efficient conversion and stable output of electric energy through the LLC resonant topology.

The LLC converter consists of inductors (L), capacitors (C), and traditional switching power supply topologies with three major characteristics: zero voltage switching (ZVS), constant switching frequency, and constant voltage output. Compared with traditional switching power supply, LLC resonant switching power supply circuit has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, wide input voltage range and good stability. An LLC switching power supply is a three-stage power converter consisting of an LLC resonant topology circuit and a power factor correction (PFC) pre-stage, with the primary goal of achieving a power supply design with high efficiency, high power density and low electromagnetic interference (EMI).
