LED driver power supply is a power converter that converts the power supply into a specific voltage and current to drive the LED to emit light.

    MOSFETs play an important role in LED driver power supplies. As an electronic switch, it can control the on/off of the power supply. For example, in some power interface designs, if there is no corresponding circuit design, the circuit may be burned out, and the anti reverse connection design of MOSFETs can avoid this problem. Its voltage drop is small, which can avoid the disadvantage of large voltage drop of ordinary diodes. Meanwhile, MOS transistors can also be used in the design of slow start circuits. If the load capacity is large and a slow start design is required, it can be achieved through specific circuit designs. In addition, MOS transistors can also be used for amplification circuits, and for VD-MOS transistors with high transconductance, they can be used to build amplification circuits. In practical applications,       MOSFETs control their conduction through gate voltage, thereby controlling the current passing through the LED and achieving brightness adjustment of the LED.
